Welcome to the community pre-application system! This guide will walk you through the entire process from registration to joining the community.

Step 1: Register Account
Create your account to start the application process
  • Click the "Register" button in the top navigation bar
  • Enter your email address (must use an allowed domain)
  • Create a secure password (8+ characters with uppercase, lowercase, and numbers)
  • Complete email verification if required
  • Agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

  • Use a personal email address you check regularly
  • Check the allowed email domains list before registering
  • Save your login credentials securely
Step 2: Submit Pre-Application
Fill out the application form with your information
  • Log in and go to Dashboard → Pre-Application
  • Write your application essay (about 100 words recommended)
  • Enter your registration email (the email you'll use for the community)
  • Select where you heard about the community (optional)
  • Set a query token for checking status (optional)
  • Click "Submit for Review"

Step 4: Get & Use Invite Code
Receive and use your invite code to join the community
  • Once approved, your invite code will appear in your dashboard
  • You'll also receive it via email and site message
  • Copy the invite code carefully
  • Go to community registration page
  • Paste the invite code in the registration form
  • Complete your community account setup
Important Notes
  • Invite codes expire after 12 hours - use them promptly!
  • Each invite code can only be used once
  • If your code expires, you may need to contact admin
  • Do not share your invite code with others
Resubmitting Applications
What to do if your application is rejected
  • Read the admin's feedback carefully
  • Revise your application based on the guidance
  • Go to Dashboard → Pre-Application
  • Click "Resubmit" and update your content
  • Submit for review again
Resubmission Limits

You can resubmit up to 3 times after rejection. Make each revision count by addressing all feedback points.
